I am not very good at keeping up with blogging, I think about it but somehow it never gets done! But at least I can keep up with monthly updates for Ryan. He is now 9 months old as of yesterday and it seems like he has had so many changes this month.
1. His third tooth is coming in. This is the first one on the top. He hasn't had too many problems teething, just a harder time getting to sleep for naps and bedtime.
2. He started sleeping through the night. I am so thankful for this. He sleeps, on average, 10ish hours in one stretch.

| Before he could crawl forward, he would scoot backwards to get where he wanted to go. He scooted himself into this position and was then stuck! |
3. He is starting to imitate us when we wave or clap. He loves to clap his hands together and wave at people when they say hi.
4. He is on the move! He started crawling toward the end of March and he is everywhere! Our poor cats are not thrilled about this new development. But we are trying to teach him to be gentle when he pets them so they won't be quite so terrified.

5. Not long after he started crawling he started standing on his legs with his hands still on the floor, and then he started pulling up on short pieces of furniture.
We are so thankful for a happy baby.
